To maintain our signature luxury standard, lash refills are reserved for clients returning within 14–21 days of their last appointment.
• A minimum of 50% of extensions must remain to qualify as a refill.
• Appointments beyond 21 days will require booking a new full set.
• Client must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal retention.
• Foreign fills are accepted upon evaluation and may require removal if prior work does not meet our quality standards.
Please note: Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require service adjustment or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a service fee.
We are committed to preserving the health of your natural lashes while delivering a flawless, elevated finish every time. ✨
Please be courteous. Time is important to each of us.
Arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment as to not interfere with the next client's session.
We do ask that you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or to reschedule.
48 hours notice for make-up consultation
PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING A SERVICE - NO EXCEPTIONS
NO CASH REFUND ON ANY OF OUR SERVICES.
We do all booking and payments online we don't offer any refund on our service once you are booked we guarantee your service for a full set of extensions .
This is for all lash and make-up application at the time of scheduling.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL/RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED AND
WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT**
**Please do NOT wear makeup to your lash appointments & exfoliate 48 hours before you waxing appointments.**

OTHER FEES
~MORE THAN 15 MIN LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
- You must reschedule, and a fee of $20 for the time that was set aside specifically for you.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
- $25 fee and prepayment of service if you wish to schedule another appointment.
~RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION - LESS THAN 24 HRS (from scheduled appt)
- $20 fee will be due at your next appointment.
