WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 

SHIPPING | DOMESTIC

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 10-14 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped fed ex or usps, with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments.

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped First Class Mail. Tracking information is available for International orders. Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package. Orders will ship out within 10-14 days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
